Due to sercurity issues with the Sailing Source server, the Jet-14 National and Chesapeake email lists have been down for several weeks.  Todd Lochner reports that the system administrators at Sailing Source are promising that the lists should be restored in the very near future.  Thank you for your patience in this matter.
